You will oversee end-to-end fabrication, coordinate cross-border logistics, and review AutoCAD/SketchUp drawings, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining brand standards across multiple markets in South Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in luxury retail VM/event projects.
• Must read and critique technical design files (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D/3D drawings).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent eye for high-end luxury finishes, styling and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fabrication and installation lifecycle of multiple VM event projects across the region.
• Establish project milestones and ensure all builds are completed on time.
• Coordinate cross-border shipping, customs clearances, and delivery windows for VM props and structures.
• Audit detailed architectural blueprints and CAD drawings from agencies and production houses.
• Manage high-tech integrations within visual projects (interactive displays, smart lighting).
• Conduct quality audits during overnight build-ins.
• Ensure millwork, alignment, materials and finishing meet brand standards.
