Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites a procurement professional to join our team in Changi Area. You will source suppliers, prepare cost analyses, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings while aligning with budgeting and inventory planning.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in costing or procurement in manufacturing, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales, including liaising with overseas

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing in manufacturing.
• Experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.
• Experience or knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales.
• Able to liaise with overseas counterparts - China Suzhou, Malaysia.
