Job summary

Nexbridge Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source suppliers, compare quotations, and prepare cost analyses. The role focuses on cost optimization and supplier relationship management to support budgeting and inventory planning.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in costing and procurement, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in SCM, Procurement, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.
• Strong knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
