Job summary

Odette, a three Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant located in the National Gallery, Singapore, seeks a passionate Sommelier to lead wine service under Chef-Owner Julien Royer. You will develop and evolve a compelling wine program that excites patrons and aligns with seasonal, terroir-driven cuisine.

• Wine knowledge and wine program development experience.
• Maximize wine sales and cost efficiencies.

• Advise guests on wine purchases, collection building and lifestyle topics.
• Manage wine & beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with wine suppliers for high-quality products and pricing.
• Demonstrate passion for guest experience and uphold high standards.
