Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a hands-on technology professional to support CRD/COMET platforms from our Singapore site. You will investigate production issues, coordinate resolutions with global teams and vendor services, and drive enhancements across Investment Operations platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with enterprise application support in production.
• Familiarity with Charles River CRD or similar platforms.
• Strong incident triage, impact assessment and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional investigation of CRD/COMET issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage vendor cases and escalations with CRD vendor services.
• Develop enhancements, test support, and coordinate go-lives and major incidents.
• Build runbooks and controls to drive recurring issue fixes.
• Improve monitoring and tooling, including AI-assisted anomaly detection.
