Capital Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer II – CRD/COMET Platform Specialist to join the on-site team in Singapore. You will develop enhancements for CRD, COMET, and related Investment Operations platforms, lead issues, coordinate with regional and vendor teams, and support follow-the-sun operations.

The role requires 4+ years in production support or solutions engineering, ability to learn new platforms quickly, strong analytical troubleshooting, and clear business-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Ability to learn new platforms and adapt to evolving workflows quickly.
• Clear communication and calmness under pressure during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional investigation of CRD/COMET production issues and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Manage vendor cases and escalations with Charles River professional services.
• Develop enhancements, oversee testing and release readiness, and coordinate go-lives.
• Improve monitoring/tools and create runbooks and incident response controls.
• Collaborate with regional teams across time zones in a follow-the-sun model.
