Job summary

3forge, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge software engineering, data, and client delivery for financial services. You will build and deploy applications for real-world use cases, work directly with client teams, and tackle problems across development, integration, performance, and production environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You will write code, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, software engineers, and project managers while exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and diagnose log files and interpret stack traces.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to problems.
• Interest in working directly with clients and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build technical solutions for real-world financial use cases.
• Identify reusable patterns and improve the platform with engineers and product teams.
• Integrate applications with client data sources and existing environments.
• Diagnose application and performance issues using logs and traces.
• Test, deploy, and maintain applications across environments.
• Contribute to AI-enabled and data-driven workflows as technology evolves.
• Translate client requirements into practical solutions and provide resolution support.
