Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer in Singapore to partner with advertising clients and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on delivering scalable backend solutions, leveraging Python, Go, Java, and C/C++ to meet client needs and drive business value.

You will work with R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management to enable new features and opportunities, ensuring robust, production-ready systems and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or a related field.
• 5+ years of programming/backend design and delivery to clients/advertisers.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and enhance existing ones with product engineering teams.
• Apply TikTok products and tech to identify and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Partner with customer success to uncover business opportunities and support goals.
• Design end-to-end systems and launch production code with maintainability and tests.
• Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to complete projects.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value.
