Job summary

TOKENFAB AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a solutions engineer to lead design and pre-sales support for our AI infrastructure products, including GPU compute, MaaS, and inference services. You will translate customer needs into technical proposals and architecture documents.

You will partner with the business development team on engagements, demos, and Q&A, track industry trends, and collaborate with R&D to validate POCs and drive project delivery. Mandarin and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales or technical support.
• Solid grounding in GPU cluster architecture and RDMA networking (RoCE/InfiniBand).
• Experience with containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; able to present technical content to customers.

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a related discipline

• 2-5 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical support; AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud background is an advantage

• Solid grounding in GPU cluster architecture, RDMA networking (RoCE / InfiniBand), and containerisation (Kubernetes / Docker)

• Familiarity with large-model inference frameworks (vLLM / TensorRT-LLM / Triton) is an advantage

• Business-level written and spoken Mandarin and English; able to present technical content to customers independently. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
