Job summary

Geek+ is seeking a Solution Engineer in Singapore to help customers translate their business needs into concrete, technical solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team and engage with clients to gather requirements and demonstrate value.

You will present engaging demos, analyze existing systems, and tailor proposals that address challenges, leveraging AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong English and Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you have to do

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
