Job summary

Geek+ is seeking an Assistant / Project Manager for SEA to drive end-to-end project delivery across the region. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timeline, and budget, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve milestones.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific. Join a fast-growing team advancing warehouse automation for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of project handling experience with solid PM skills.
• Ability to use various tools to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project management cycle for SEA, defining objectives, scope, and plan.
• Coordinate with departments, hold regular meetings, provide progress updates and milestones.
• Manage resources, budget, risks, and compliance to quality standards.
• Close projects with lessons learned and handover to stakeholders.
