Job summary

Geek+ is seeking a Solution Engineer to engage with customers, understand their business objectives, and design effective solutions. You will work with the sales team to tailor offerings and provide technical insights throughout the sales process.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, 5 years in solution engineering or pre-sales, and strong English and Chinese communication skills. AutoCAD and MS Office familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs; gather insights to design effective solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations; provide technical insights during the sales process.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating existing systems, processes and pain points; identify areas where our products can add value.

What you have to do

Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions

Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges

Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous

Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
