Job summary

Geek+ Robotics is a leading logistics robotics company seeking an Implementation Engineer to supervise site activities during project deployment in the APAC region. You will coordinate with project managers, contractors and suppliers, and maintain on-site logs for customer and internal reviews.

Requirements include a mechanical engineering degree, hands-on installation and supervision experience, familiarity with WMS, AutoCAD and MS Office, and IT/network aptitude; travel may be frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline is required.
• Solid experience in equipment installation, maintenance and site supervision.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; good IT/network skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities during project implementation in APAC.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and suppliers to manage site performance.
• Prepare daily on-site logs and records for reviews.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis of production issues.
• Prepare training materials and provide training to customers and external parties.

What you have to do

Serve as the site supervisor, overseeing and conducting relevant site activities during project implementation in the APAC region

Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to manage overall site performance

Prepare daily on-site logs and records for customer and internal team reviews

During the service phase, conduct preventive maintenance and perform root cause analysis of production issues using diagnostic tools

Prepare a training manual and provide training and support to customers and other external parties

What you need to have

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines

Solid experience in equipment/hardware installation, maintenance, and site supervision

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, or other related logistics systems is a plus

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Good IT skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure, is a plus

Frequent travel may be required
