Job summary

Geek+ is seeking an Implementation Engineer to supervise on-site installations across the APAC region. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to ensure successful deployment of AMR systems, perform preventive maintenance, and provide hands-on training and support post-implementation.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, strong practical installation and site supervision experience, familiarity with WMS or logistics software, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Solid experience in equipment installation, maintenance and site supervision.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure; frequent travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site supervisor, overseeing and conducting relevant site activities during project implementation in the APAC region.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to manage overall site performance.
• Prepare daily on-site logs and records for customer and internal team reviews.
• During the service phase, conduct preventive maintenance and perform root cause analysis of production issues using diagnostic tools.
• Prepare a training manual and provide training and support to customers and other external parties.
