Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a client-focused roles to engage with customers, understand networking and cybersecurity needs, and design comprehensive solutions. You will prepare proposals, BOQs, and architecture diagrams, deliver demos, and support POCs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and delivery to ensure smooth handover and staying current with vendor technologies and industry trends. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/NSE/PCNSE are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking or cybersecurity.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and solution designs.
• Able to present to clients and simplify technical concepts.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/NSE/PCNSE are an advantage.
