Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a seasoned HRTech consultant to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions within SAP SuccessFactors ecosystems.

You will mentor junior consultants, ensure project quality, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to practice capability building across multi-module implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end module delivery and client workshops.

Role Summary

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
• T eam Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
