Job summary

9 Dots Consulting in Singapore seeks an ERP and Dynamics 365 professional to shape tailored Microsoft technology solutions that deliver real business value. You will work with architects and consultants to ensure fea sible, scalable implementations and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligned with business outcomes.

You will contribute to cost and effort estimations, RFP responses, and demonstrations that showcase Dynamics capabilities while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of core business processes: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure or cloud/on-premise environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience in full life cycle Dynamics projects.
• Ability to contribute to proposals for business development.

• Assess client pain points to understand business challenges and shape tailored Microsoft technology solutions that demonstrate real business value.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and in line with the best delivery practices.
• Communicate technical aspects of the solution clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligned to the real business outcomes.
• Work closely with architects and business development colleagues to define accurate cost and effort estimations for the solution implementation.
• Concisely identify the pain points the solution solves and the business benefit it drives, to enable accurate marketing of the solution.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and commercial documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Design impactful demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusability by documenting solution patterns, reusable assets, and lessons learned.
• Stay current with developments in Microsoft technology and industry trends, helping to shape internal offerings and client propositions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing
• Familiarity with application servers and database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, or other cloud/on-premise environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Experience in full life cycle projects within Dynamics.
• Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
