Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for enterprise applications and integrations.
Design end-to-end solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure to ensure security, identity, network, and access alignment.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Partner with cross‑functional leaders in warehouse, operations, sales, service, HR, and finance.
Facilitate requirement discovery, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
Mentor developers, review technical designs, and elevate engineering capability.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Develop and deliver clear executive‑level presentations, architecture decks, and decision papers to support business and leadership discussions.
Translate technical architecture and system roadmaps into structured proposals, implementation plans, and business‑aligned narratives.
7. SaaS Platform & Vendor Governance
Provide architectural oversight and governance for SaaS‑based enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with security, integration, data, and operational standards.
Lead solution evaluation, vendor engagement, and architecture reviews for SaaS platforms adopted across the organization.
Manage SaaS lifecycle considerations including configuration strategy, integration design, release coordination, risk management, and long‑term scalability.
8. Digital Planning, Roadmap & Budget Management
Define multi‑year digital architecture roadmaps, implementation plans, and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Support annual planning and budgeting for digital platforms, including cost estimation, vendor spend, licensing considerations, and resource planning.
Monitor project financials and ensure solutions are delivered within approved scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
8–12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution architecture.
Deep technical expertise in:
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform governance
Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
.NET (C#), JavaScript/TypeScript
Dataverse, solution layering, ALM
Proven experience working with SaaS platforms and enterprise software vendors, including architecture governance, integration design, and operational support.
Experience collaborating with system integrators (SI) – providing architectural direction, reviewing designs, managing delivery quality, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Experience designing or integrating WMS or supply chain/logistics systems.
Proven experience architecting internal applications and modernization projects.
