Job summary

Sea is seeking a Technical Solution Manager in Singapore to translate customer needs into scalable infrastructure solutions. You will work across data center, compute, storage, network and cloud to design proposals and costed bills of materials.

You will lead technical discussions, run workshops, and hand over detailed guidance to delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with product offerings and pricing frameworks. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting in infrastructure, with exposure to data center, server/storage, network, connectivity, cloud or hybrid.
• Solid understanding of data center fundamentals and enterprise networking.
• Proven ability to turn customer requirements into clear technical proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness, including infrastructure cost drivers and pricing frameworks.

About the Team

Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group's entire Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions and operations of data center, connectivity, cloud, networking, system, storage and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services.

We are growing our infrastructure services on top of a large-scale, proven infrastructure platform, and we are looking for a Technical Solution Manager to help customers adopt it. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and shape the right solution for each need, drawing on the product catalogue, pricing frameworks and service definitions set by the product team, while working closely with our internal infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting in infrastructure, with exposure to several of: data center, server and storage, network, connectivity, cloud or hybrid.
• Solid understanding of data center fundamentals and enterprise networking.
• Proven ability to turn customer requirements into clear technical proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness, including infrastructure cost drivers and the ability to apply solution pricing frameworks to individual customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Background in a cloud provider, colocation or data center operator, telecom, CDN or managed services provider will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNP/CCIE, TOGAF) is a bonus.
