DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a Singapore public sector technology team on a contract basis.

You will drive the design and delivery of modern, production-grade digital solutions, with a focus on cloud-native practices and agentic workflows. You will lead end-to-end architecture for scalable web applications using Next.js and TypeScript, manage AWS deployments, and implement DevOps pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or related discipline.
• Hands-on full-stack development with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with agentic engineering workflows and coding agents.
• Strong AWS deployment and cloud security fundamentals.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD and IaC tooling.

About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their technology team on a contract basis, driving the design and delivery of modern, production-grade digital solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technologist to make meaningful impact through digital transformation in a public service context, working on forward‑looking engineering practices including agentic workflows and cloud‑native development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and design of scalable web applications using modern full‑stack technologies
• Drive full‑stack development efforts utilising Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring alignment with component‑based architecture and current web development best practices
• Develop and oversee agentic engineering workflows, leveraging coding agents to augment and streamline software engineering processes
• Own the implementation of spec‑driven development practices and agent harnessing strategies, reviewing outputs for quality and reliability
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS, working with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CDK
• Establish monitoring and observability frameworks to ensure system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or a closely related discipline, with a demonstrated track record of delivering production‑grade applications
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in full‑stack development, particularly with Next.js and TypeScript, and a solid grasp of modern web architecture patterns
• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic engineering workflows, including spec‑driven development and the use of coding agents within software engineering processes
• Solid working knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management, including deployment pipelines and cloud security fundamentals
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices — including CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g. Terraform, CDK)
• Experience working on government or enterprise‑scale digital projects is a bonus
