Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a seasoned GIS technical lead to design and deliver enterprise geospatial solutions in Singapore. You will lead architecture, guide implementation, testing, migration, and operations support across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise experience, strong security and governance knowledge, and a track record of ensuring high availability and performance in production GIS platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geomatics, GIS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Technical Lead, GIS Solution Architect, GIS Engineer, or equivalent role involving geospatial systems design, implementation, operations, and modernization.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise GIS projects across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, and operations support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise GIS platforms, preferably Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, ArcGIS Web Adaptor, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Online.
• Experience supporting production-critical GIS platforms with requirements for high availability, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, risk assessment, security review, and operational readiness processes.
