Job summary

Trinity HR Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks an senior Microsoft solutions consultant with 10+ years’ experience, including 5–8 years in Microsoft consulting. The role focuses on solution design, functional implementation, and leading end-to-end Microsoft deployments across cloud platforms.

You will manage requirements gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, and data migration strategies, with emphasis on Dynamics CRM and credit/loan origination projects. Strong stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years total experience with at least 5-8 years in Microsoft consulting.
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Microsoft implementations across various clouds.
• Mastery of Microsoft configuration tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft data model, relationships, and data migration strategies.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and gap analysis.
• Must have experience in Dynamics CRM.
• Must have experience in credit or loan origination.
