Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the efforts for the company's IT managed services solutions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the managed services market and the ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals that meet the needs of clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities for the company's IT managed services solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presales presentations, proposals, and statements of work that clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's managed services solutions.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and requirements and develop customized solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and can be successfully implemented.
  • Work with the sales team to develop pricing and contract terms that are competitive and meet both the client's and company's needs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Assist with product development by providing feedback and insights based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company's managed services solutions and develop relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a presales role within the IT managed services industry, with a track record of success in developing and closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of the managed services market and the ability to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
