Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical CAD Drafter for a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible) on-site at Boon Lay. The role focuses on creating and modifying drawings using SolidWorks and supporting engineers with documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field, have basic SolidWorks knowledge, and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Training is provided for those without work experience.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or related discipline.
• Basic to good knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify mechanical drawings using SolidWorks.
• Assist engineers in preparing and updating technical drawings and documentation.
• Prepare technical documents, reports and project documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Maintain and organise project drawings, technical documents and records.
• Support the engineering team with drafting, documentation and other engineering-related tasks.
• Ensure drawings and documents are updated accurately and maintained according to project requirements.
