Job summary

DEYE INVERTER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solar Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support solar PV systems. The role involves customer meetings and on-site assistance to ensure stable system operation.

You will conduct root-cause analysis, prepare technical reports, manage spare parts, and participate in industry conferences to stay updated with advances in solar technology.

Qualifications

• ITE certificate or polytechnic diploma in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as Solar Service Technician.
• Proven experience in solar energy systems and electrical safety.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.
• Relevant solar certifications or licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.
• Interact with customers to provide professional on-site support.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Provide complete documentation to clients.
• Record-keeping and management of spare parts movements.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
