Job summary

3TEL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Solar Installation Supervisor to design, build and oversee solar energy systems on site.

You will lead installation teams and serve as the main point of contact with clients during the construction phase. Responsibilities include supervising the entire construction process up to handover, addressing safety risks per EHS on site, conducting quality checks, and handling troubleshooting, commissioning and power turn on.

Qualifications

• Solar Residential and/or Commercial project experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar system

Responsibilities

• Design and build solar energy systems
• Oversee installation teams
• Act as the primary contact between the company and client during the construction phase
• Supervise the entire construction process up to handover
• Identify and address safety risks, ensuring compliance with EHS requirements on site
• Conduct quality check upon installation completed
• Troubleshooting, commissioning and power turn on for solar system
• Prepare SLD, PV drawings and any other related solar documents
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
