Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a sales-oriented professional to consult landed residential owners on solar solutions, tailoring financials, design, sizing and energy savings. You will follow up, address concerns, prepare proposals and quotations, and act as the primary contact until closure, while staying informed on market trends and regulatory developments.

Applicants with at least 1 year of relevant experience and knowledge of solar components and pricing are encouraged to apply;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in solar energy.
• Understanding of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and warranty.
• Knowledge of installation standards and compliance requirements in Singapore.
• Knowledge of pricing structures, discounts and approved vendors.
• Chinese speaking preferred.
• Only open to Singaporean or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Sales consultations with landed residential owners.
• Propose customised financial aspects, solar designs, system sizing, and energy savings.
• Follow-up and address customer concerns and close/sign quotation with customer.
• Prepare proposal and quotation and follow up with customer to close the deal.
• Follow-up and contact on leads handed over from the marketing team.
• Act as the primary point of contact until deal closure.
• Stay updated on solar market trends, competitors' quotes and regulatory and energy market developments.
