Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support its expanding solar PV business in the UK. You will work with the UK sales team, EPC partners, developers, installers, and distribution partners to deliver technical guidance, system design input, and compelling presentations.

The role requires strong engineering expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills, with travel across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in solar PV and inverter technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Pre-Sales Engineer or Applications Engineer.
• Ability to design and discuss system recommendations with technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support across the solar PV product portfolio.
• Support UK sales team, EPC partners, developers, installers, and distribution partners.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
