Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• WSH Work at Heights certification is preferred
• 0–5 years of experience in solar project execution or site engineering.
• Fresh entry is welcome.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical codes (NEC/IEC).

Responsibilities

• Site surveys, shading analysis, and grid connection assessments.
• Design validation to ensure construction aligns with layouts and electrical codes.
• Installation supervision of PV modules, inverters, and cabling with strict quality control.
• Safety compliance through risk assessments and enforcement of site protocols.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Site Surveys: Conduct feasibility studies, shading analysis, and grid connection assessments.

• Safety Compliance: Implement risk assessments and enforce site safety protocols.
