Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead end-to-end testing for an integrated e-payment system, including automated test development and security validation. You will design test strategies, craft automated scripts, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines with Confluence, Jira, Xray and GitLab CI/CD, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality across the SDLC.

This onsite contract role is based in the East region of Singapore with a 24‑month term and a monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience executing testing and developing test automation solutions for devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems, covering the full system development lifecycle
• Experience with Windows operating systems (3+ years)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for an integrated e-payment system to ensure system quality and reliability
• Plan and analyze requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies
• Prepare test environments and design detailed test cases aligned with system specifications
• Execute manual and automated test procedures to validate system functionality and performance
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
• Create traceability matrices mapping tests to requirements
• Log, track and close defects to maintain system integrity
• Conduct test reviews with stakeholders to ensure quality standards
• Perform root cause analysis on production defects to enhance test coverage
• Develop clear design documents and user manuals for test automation solutions
• Implement and maintain automated testing pipelines within DevSecOps frameworks integrating functional, performance, andSecurity testing throughout development

Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end testing activities for an integrated e-payment system, developing and executing automated test solutions to ensure quality and security throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for an integrated e-payment system to ensure system quality and reliability


• Plan and analyze business and system requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies


• Prepare test environments and design detailed test cases aligned with system specifications


• Execute manual and automated test procedures to validate system functionality and performance


• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using scripting or programming languages to improve testing efficiency


• Create traceability matrices to map test cases to requirements and identify gaps for resolution


• Log, track, and manage defects through to closure to maintain system integrity


• Conduct test reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality standards


• Perform root cause analysis on production and user acceptance defects to enhance test coverage and effectiveness


• Develop clear design documents and user manuals to guide testers and stakeholders on test automation solutions


• Implement and maintain automated testing pipelines within DevSecOps frameworks integrating functional, performance, and basic security testing throughout development

Required competencies and certifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering


• Minimum 5 years of experience executing testing and developing test automation solutions for devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems, covering the full system development lifecycle


• At least 3 years of testing experience on Windows operating systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience testing on Unix/Linux, embedded systems, or cloud-based environments


• Certification in software testing


• Experience with Micro-payments/Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Cards and diverse test execution phases including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Performance Testing


• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Confluence, Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms with security plugin integration


• Experience in API security testing automation and microservices security validation


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

Other Information

• Employment type: Contract - 24 months (possible to renew)


• Location: East Region, Singapore


• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)


• Salary: $6000 - 7500 per month (no bonus)


• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
