Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Software Support Engineer to perform end-to-end troubleshooting, diagnose configuration and performance issues, and ensure seamless operation across development, QA, and support teams. You will review app configurations, push container images, and orchestrate deployments with Docker/Kubernetes.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and familiarity with Node.js, React, Kafka, Keycloak, MQTT, Microservices, MongoDB, and IBM MQ.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant professional working experience.
Proven experience in software development and bug fixing, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Familiarity with software configuration management and performance monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues related to software configuration, performance, and integration.
Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs in a timely manner.
Review and update app configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software operation.
Perform File Transfer, push container images, and container orchestration for rolling out bug fixes and enhancements.
Assist in resolving integration issues with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical support to customers and address their concerns effectively.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
Identify, analyze, design, and perform PoC for Technical Debts and Enhancements.
