Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Software Support/DevOps-leaning engineer to diagnose and fix configuration and performance issues, and to resolve complex bugs. You will collaborate with development, QA and support teams, review configurations, and push container images for bug fixes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Kafka, Keycloak, MQTT, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB and IBM MQ, and offers 24/7 standby with possible OT and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Proven experience in software development and bug fixing, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with Node.js, React, Kafka, Keycloak, MQTT, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB, and IBM MQ.
• Available for 24/7 standby and ready to work OT and in shift roles if needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Troubleshooting: Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to diagnose and fix issues related to software configuration, performance, and integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs in a timely manner.
• Review and update app configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
• Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software operation.
• Perform File Transfer, push container images, and container orchestration for rolling out bug fixes and enhancements.
• Assist in resolving integration issues with other systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Identify, analyze, design, and perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for Technical Debts and Enhancements.
