Job summary

Dyson is seeking an experienced Software & System Quality Assurance Manager to drive quality, safety, cybersecurity, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance across Dyson's connected products including embedded systems, IoT devices, cloud platforms, and robotics.

You will provide independent quality oversight throughout the product development lifecycle, partnering with Engineering, Product Security, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure products meet the highest

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Software Quality Assurance and product quality.
• Experience with embedded systems, electronics, IoT products, or robotics.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, verification & validation, and release governance.
• Experience managing software suppliers or outsourced development partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Software & Electronics Quality Assurance across the full product lifecycle.
• Establish quality processes, release readiness criteria, and milestone gates.
• Review and approve key development deliverables and release packages.
• Drive software supplier quality management with external partners and audits.
• Support product safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Product Security for secure development, vulnerability management, and SBOM governance.
• Support regulatory compliance and certification activities.
