Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to support UAT and data migration verification for a new system under implementation. You will study functional specifications, test scenarios and cases, and propose additional coverage.

Both manual and automated testing for web, mobile and API applications will be performed, with data validation in Excel and system UIs. You will follow SOPs, trace issues, and assist with end-to-end testing and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Software Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience across the SDLC and test planning.
• Hands-on testing for web, mobile and API applications.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive UI testing.
• Strong documentation and data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT and data migration verification for a new system under implementation.
• Read specifications, design test scenarios/cases, and propose additional coverage.
• Prepare test data and follow UAT SOPs and testing strategies.
• Track issues, monitor resolution, and log results.
• Execute manual and automated tests; validate migrated data via Excel/UI.
• Assist end-to-end integration testing and system cutover activities.
