Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a UAT Tester to support the redevelopment of an analytics system, taking charge of UAT across the full data pipeline—from ingestion and validation to transformation and dashboard visualization.

You will work closely with data custodians and product managers to translate business requirements into robust test cases, while partnering with the vendor to identify gaps, track defects, and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience in UAT, software testing, or QA, preferably in data/analytics.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines: ingestion, validation, transformation, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAT across end-to-end data pipeline.
• Translate business and data requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
• Review vendor-provided test cases and develop additional test cases as needed.
• Log, track, and follow up with the vendor on defects and issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline; participate in data cleansing activities.
