Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a QA/UAT Analyst to support system migration, enhancements and model validation. You will ensure clear understanding of implementations, test across scenarios, and highlight issues for timely resolution.

You will participate in project planning and coordinate with stakeholders to refine processes. You should have a diploma or degree in CS/IT and 1–2 years of automation or manual testing, with knowledge of the UAT lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Automation or Manual testing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end UAT life cycle process.

Responsibilities

• Provide UAT support/analytic review for system migration, enhancement, and model validation.
• Establish a clear understanding of what is going to be implemented.
• Highlight issues and test at different angles and scenarios.
• Active participation in project planning and maintenance; coordinate engagements with stakeholders.
