Job summary

Temus PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure software reliability, automate tests, and continuously improve quality across the SDLC. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile, DevOps-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in test automation, CI/CD, exploratory, regression, and performance testing, with a risk-based approach to deliver fast feedback and high quality software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and risk-based testing.
• Experience designing and executing test cases, plans and suites.
• Hands-on testing for web, mobile, and API services.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive UI testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Ability to design maintainable and reusable test automation suites.
• Knowledge of agile testing methodologies including TDD/BDD.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy and planning with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure test coverage in CI/CD.
• Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and performance tests.
• Lead system integration testing and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Manage defects, test artifacts, and reporting across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools.
