Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Test Lead to plan, manage and execute comprehensive testing across SIT, UAT, and production readiness. You will drive test strategy, ensure end-to-end traceability, and governance throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years in software testing, with at least 3 years as Test Lead on enterprise system projects. ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all testing activities.
• Ensure software quality through systematic verification and validation processes, maintain end-to-end requirements traceability, manage SIT and UAT activities, and provide quality assurance governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
