Toss-Ex Pte Ltd is seeking a Test Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities across the software lifecycle in Singapore. You will ensure quality through structured verification and validation, manage SIT/UAT, and govern QA metrics and traceability.

The role requires defining test strategies, coordinating teams, and reporting progress in governance reviews. Strong knowledge of web app testing, SQL validation, and API testing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing test activities across SDLC.
• Strong SIT/UAT coordination and defect lifecycle knowledge.
• Proven ability to design test cases and measure quality metrics.
• Experience with web app testing, SQL validation, and API testing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan and Detailed Test Plan.
• Define SIT, UAT, Regression, Security and Performance testing strategies.
• Establish test entry and exit criteria.
• Prepare test schedules and milestones.
• Estimate testing effort and resources.
• Lead and coordinate the testing team.
• Manage test execution and defect resolution.
• Track testing progress against project milestones.
• Maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with customer stakeholders.
• Present test status in reviews and audits.
• Support security and compliance testing activities.
