TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Test Lead to plan, manage, and execute testing across company projects. You will ensure software quality through rigorous verification, maintain end-to-end traceability, and oversee SIT and UAT activities within the SDLC.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, managing defects, reporting quality metrics, and coordinating security testing with stakeholders. The role requires strong governance and collaboration with project teams in Singapore.

Qualifications

• >> Must have hands-on experience with test planning and management.
• << Must ensure SIT/UAT management across projects.
• << Ability to design comprehensive test cases and acceptance criteria.
• << Manage defect lifecycle from detection to closure and risk mitigation.
• << Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and traceability of test coverage.
• << Perform web application testing and data validation (SQL).
• << Execute API testing using Postman/Swagger.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects.

• Define SIT, UAT, Regression, Security and Performance testing strategies.
• Track testing progress against milestones and report metrics.
• Coordinate defect triage and prioritize fixes with stakeholders.
• Engage with customer stakeholders during SIT/UAT and status reviews.
• Coordinate security testing and verify remediation of findings.

The Test Lead will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and executing all testing activities for company projects. The role will ensure software quality through systematic verification and validation processes, maintain end-to-end requirements traceability, manage SIT and UAT activities, and provide quality assurance governance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Test Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan and Detailed Test Plan
• Define SIT, UAT, Regression, Security and Performance testing strategies.
• Establish test entry and exit criteria.
• Prepare test schedules and testing milestones.
• Estimate testing effort and resource requirements.

Test Management

• Lead and coordinate the testing team.
• Manage test execution and defect resolution activities.
• Track testing progress against project milestones.
• Maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.

Requirements & Traceability

• Ensure complete test coverage of functional and non-requirements
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Verify acceptance criteria are testable and measurable.

Defect Management

• Manage defect lifecycle from identification to closure.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings.
• Prioritise defects with stakeholders.
• Track defect trends and quality metrics.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities with customer stakeholders.
• Present test status in weekly and monthly review meetings.
• Support project audits and quality reviews.

Security & Compliance Testing

• Coordinate security testing activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Review vulnerability assessment findings.
• Validate remediation activities.
• Support compliance verification activities.
