Job description

Software QA Engineer Job Role

• Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
• Perform quality assurance software testing including API Testing to ensure the quality and the integrity of the system within strict deadline.
• Work Collaboratively with cross functional and agile project teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development process
• Ensure the delivery of the solution is par with customer requirement
• Test planning, design, write test cases and execute test cases, and investigate problems in software
• Maintain test environments and test data to be used with testing process.
• Work closely with all the stakeholders in Software development to provide solutions
• Maintain a robust log of all test cases and test results with proper versioning
• Ensure all tests are executed and provide regular feedback to the Tech Lead.
• Preparing user manuals and release notes to users and carry out user training sessions where applicable
• Monitoring, supporting, and coordinating with various stakeholders in commercial systems developments
