Job summary

hong ye group pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy for B2B SaaS and AI-enabled platforms.

You will own the roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and steer end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization. Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in software/technology product management, incl. 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, Workforce Management, HCM, marketplace, or labour-tech platforms.
• Strong technical and AI acumen including cloud, RESTful APIs, mobile apps, and AI agents.
• Data-driven leadership with product analytics, SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE/IS/Business; experience with iOS/Android apps and enterprise dashboards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Manage products across web, iOS/Android apps, enterprise dashboards, AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the long-term product vision androadmap.
• Align product development with business objectives andcommercial goals.
• Translate business and customer requirements into productspecifications and prioritised backlogs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify productopportunities.

2. Product Development & LifecycleManagement

Key Requirements

1. Senior Product Management Experience 8-12+years of progressive product management experience in software/technologyenvironments, including 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role such as SeniorPM, Head of Product or Product Director.
2. RelevantProduct & Domain Expertise Provenexperience building and scaling B2B SaaS, Workforce Management (WFM), HCM,marketplace, workforce/labour tech, or smart facility management platforms.
3. StrongTechnical & AI Acumen Strongunderstanding of cloud architecture, RESTful APIs, mobile applications andAI/ML technologies, including algorithmic matching/dispatch, LLMs and AIagents.
4. Data-DrivenProduct Leadership Strongproficiency in product analytics, SQL, dashboards and A/B testing, withexcellent leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationskills.
5. Education& Preferred Experience Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, InformationSystems, Business Administration or related fields. Experience with iOS/Androidapps, enterprise dashboards, APAC labour/staffing compliance, IoT or smartfacility technologies will be an advantage.
