Descripción del empleo

About your role

You'll help us discover what to build, or refine, to reach product-market fit, and make sure users and buyers understand the value of what we ship. You'll work closely with customers, integrators and our Application engineers. You'll combine what you learn with usage data and structured testing to guide product decisions, then help shipped features land through the user materials you own and the marketing content you help shape. The Tech Manager leads delivery; you lead on the what, the why and how it's communicated.

Discovery
  • Conduct customer and user interviews, site visits and deployment debriefs to understand real workflows, pain points and what drives adoption..
  • Plan and run user-testing programmes (internal, beta and customer), and turn the findings into prioritised product improvements..
  • Gather feedback from Sales, Application and support, and identify the patterns that point to repeatable PMF signals.
Data & measurement
  • Set up and manage product telemetry (PostHog), including events, dashboards and funnels, to understand activation, adoption and retention..
  • Define success metrics for features before development, and review results after release.
Product definition
  • Write clear PRDs and problem statements covering the user problem, supporting evidence, scope, acceptance criteria and success metrics..
  • Prioritise opportunities with the Tech Manager, weighing customer value, evidence and technical effort, and keep the roadmap focused on what matters most for PMF..
  • Prototype and validate concepts (mockups, AI-assisted prototypes) before engineering commits..
  • Work within our agile process alongside the Tech Manager: contribute to sprint planning and reviews, and keep product requirements in Jira and Confluence clear and up to date.
User materials
  • Own user guides, release notes and feature documentation..
  • Build onboarding sample projects and quick-start packages that help new users get productive quickly..
  • Produce tutorial and how-to videos for users and for internal Application and Sales teams..
  • Review and update user materials each release cycle, including guides, sample projects, tutorials and videos, so they stay accurate as the product evolves.
Marketing content
  • Partner with the marketing team to produce brochures, sales decks, product one-pagers and social posts (including promo videos) using Claude and AI tools, by providing briefs, priorities and release timelines..
  • Review marketing materials for product messaging and technical accuracy..
  • Share customer wins, use cases and new features with marketing, and help keep content aligned with the release schedule.
Alignment
  • Represent the customer's perspective internally, and keep GTM teams informed about what's changing and why.
AI-enabled work
  • Build AI-assisted workflows (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, MCP connectors) for research synthesis, feedback analysis, PRD drafting, content briefing and review, and reporting.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in product management, preferably on B2B or technical software products..
  • Technical background, such as an engineering or CS degree or prior engineering work, and comfort discussing feasibility and trade-offs with developers..
  • Solid understanding of agile workflows (sprints, backlog refinement, sprint reviews) and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence..
  • Experience with customer discovery that shaped what a team built, ideally with an example you can walk us through..
  • Fluency with Claude and a demonstrated ability to set up AI systems that improve workflows (e.g. Claude Desktop, Claude Code). Examples are welcome..
  • Experience producing user-facing materials, such as user guides, tutorials, onboarding content or videos. A portfolio is a plus..
  • Experience working with marketing or content teams using AI tools, such as briefing, reviewing and approving decks, brochures, posts or video. Hands-on AI content creation is a plus..
  • Experience setting up and using product telemetry (e.g. PostHog) to inform decisions..
  • Experience coordinating user testing and analysing results to shape the product roadmap..
  • Strong written communication and a clear, structured writing style.
Nice to have
  • Experience with industrial robotics, automation, CAD/CAM or manufacturing software..
  • Understanding of hardware + software product lifecycles..
