Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a Senior Product leader to drive strategy and execution for high-growth software platforms in Singapore. You will steer product roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and scale platforms across on-demand marketplaces and enterprise dashboards.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years in product management, 3–5 years in senior leadership, and strong analytics fluency (Mixpanel/GA/SQL). Regional APAC familiarity is a plus in our fast-paced, public-company environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience in high-growth software/tech environments.
• 3–5 years in a Senior PM, Head of Product, or Product Director capacity.
• Proven track record building and scaling platforms in on-demand marketplaces or smart facility management.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud architectures, RESTful APIs, mobile ecosystems, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Expert-level capability in product analytics tools and A/B testing methods.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional communication in agile contexts.

Job description

• 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience in high-growth software/tech environments
• At least 3–5 years in a Senior PM, Head of Product, or Product Director capacity
• Proven track record building and scaling platforms in at least one of the following domains:
• On-demand / two-sided marketplace platforms (labor, gig economy, mobility, or dispatch engines)
• Smart facility management or operational automation platforms
• Strong technical fluency with modern cloud architectures, RESTful APIs, mobile application ecosystems, and AI/ML capabilities (algorithmic dispatch/matching, LLMs, automated agents)
• Expert-level capability in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI) and A/B testing methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
• Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced public company environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience scaling consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android) with high transaction volumes alongside complex B2B enterprise dashboards
• Preferred: Familiarity with regional APAC and international labor tech / staffing compliance standards
• Preferred: Experience integrating IoT, smart facility platforms, or commercial robotics telemetry into digital management suites
