Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, IT business analysis, or solution design.
• Proven experience delivering data projects/analytics platforms / data-driven product initiatives.
• Familiarity with security testing processes (e.g., VAPT, code/security reviews) and security/compliance practices.
• At least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Experience managing both product development and operational maintenance of live services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication skills; able to present clearly and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create business cases, mission statements, and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop go-to-market and adoption/outreach plans to drive usage and value realization.
• Design, test, and iterate product improvements through experiments and user feedback.
• Maintain operational excellence for existing platforms (availability, performance, reliability).
• Manage budgets, delivery workplans, and resourcing (including procurement of tools and professional services when needed).
• Ensure smooth release management and continuous improvement post-launch.
• Define data collection and instrumentation strategies with data/engineering teams.
• Establish analytics frameworks and reporting to track product performance.
• Translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Coordinate remediation plans with engineering and security stakeholders and track closure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate product strategy into actionable delivery plans for engineering, QA, and vendor teams.
• Coordinate with functions such as legal, finance, marketing, and operations as required by the client engagement.
• Support teams in adopting emerging tools/techniques while maintaining production stability.

Growth, Maintenance & Live Service Management

• Drive feature adoption and engagement through iterative enhancements and stakeholder enablement.
• Build partnerships across client and vendor ecosystems to unlock collaboration opportunities.
• Support product awareness efforts (e.g., demos, briefings, presentations).
• Own maintenance schedules, upgrades, and incident response processes for live products.

Project Management & Governance

• Run effective stakeholder meetings; document decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Prioritise and track deliverables across roadmap and operational work.
• Ensure products meet required performance and security testing gates before release.
• Manage service levels, operational metrics, and continuous service improvement plans.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, IT business analysis, or solution design.
• Proven experience delivering data projects/analytics platforms / data-driven product initiatives.
• Familiarity with security testing processes (e.g., VAPT, code/security reviews) and security/compliance practices.
• At least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Experience managing both product development and operational maintenance of live services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous problems.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile delivery, cloud environments, design thinking, and product-centric development.
• Experience in service operations, incident management, and maintaining live digital services.
• Exposure to microservices environments and CI/CD delivery pipelines (e.g., Java/SQL-based systems).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory/compliance expectations in data handling (as applicable to client industries).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CITPM, COMIT, PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience delivering in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom), depending on client portfolio.
