• Solution Design & Development
• Design and develop high-quality software and/AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions.
• Testing & Deployment
• Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations.
• Documentation & Demonstration
• Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices
• Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the viability and integration of software designs within the broader system architecture.
• Drive agile development practices to ensure timely delivery of features and responsiveness to changing requirements.

Job Requirements/Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is preferred).
• Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) preferred.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience leading or working with software development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
