KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
1 Solution Design & Development
2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions.
1 Testing & Deployment
2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations.
1 Documentation & Demonstration
2 Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
3 Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
1 Collaboration & Agile Practices
2 Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the viability and integration of software designs within the broader system architecture.
3 Drive agile development practices to ensure timely delivery of features and responsiveness to changing requirements.
4 Follow RWS software development lifecycle and coding standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
