Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer (.Net Development) with 3+ years of hands-on experience to build robust .Net applications. You will contribute to architecture, design, testing, deployment, and collaboration with analysts and architects.

You will drive agile development, follow SDLC, translate business needs into technical solutions, and work with AI/ML tools to deliver scalable software in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• 1 Solution Design & Development
• 2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• 3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• 4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions.
• 1 Testing & Deployment
• 2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• 3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations.
• 1 Documentation & Demonstration
• 2 Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• 3 Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• 2 Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the viability and integration of software designs within the broader system architecture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is preferred).
• Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) preferred.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience leading or working with software development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
