Job summary

EPAM Singapore is seeking an experienced RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to own platform administration, VDI and infrastructure support, upgrades and compliance, plus a modernization initiative including migrating workloads out of VMware.

You will partner with governance, risk and compliance teams, coordinate with vendors and internal infra teams, and maintain Blue Prism environments while building runbooks and operational procedures to scale a secure automation platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise RPA platform operations.
• Blue Prism administration: configuration, patching, upgrades and environment management.
• VDI engineering: build, configuration and ongoing support.
• Infrastructure support across servers, monitoring, troubleshooting and change management.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Migration experience moving workloads off VMware or through major infra transitions.
• Documentation for architecture, procedures and configurations.
• Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

You will own platform administration, VDI and infrastructure support, upgrades and compliance, plus a major modernization initiative including migrating workloads out of VMware.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform operations in an enterprise environment
• Blue Prism administration skill sets including configuration, patching, upgrades and environment management
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) engineering skill sets including build, configuration and ongoing support
• Infrastructure support capability across servers, monitoring, troubleshooting and change management
• Experience supporting platform governance, risk and compliance activities including remediation work
• Migration support experience, ideally moving workloads off VMware or through major infrastructure transitions
• Documentation skill sets for platform architecture, operational procedures and technical configurations
• Clear communication and collaboration skill sets when working with stakeholders, vendors and project teams
