• AdministerandsupporttheRPAplatforminfrastructureincludingVDI,serversandcorecomponents
• Monitorplatformhealth,troubleshootincidentsanddriveroot-causefixestoprotectavailability
• Partnerwithgovernance,riskandcomplianceteamstoaddressfindingsandsupportaudits
• Coordinatewithvendorsandinternalinfrastructureteamsonupgrades,patchesandsecurityhardening
• PlanandexecutemigrationactivitiestomoveRPAworkloadsandinfrastructureoutofVMware
• Build,configureandmaintainVDIenvironmentsusedbytheautomationplatform
• MaintainBluePrismenvironmentsincludinginstallation,configuration,upgradesandpatching
• Createandmaintainplatformdocumentationforarchitecture,runbooksandoperationalprocedures

What Will Make You Shine

• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform operations in an enterprise environment
• Blue Prism administration skill sets including configuration, patching,upgradesand environment management
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) engineering skill sets including build,configurationand ongoing support
• Infrastructure support capability across servers, monitoring,troubleshootingand change management
• Experience supporting platform governance, risk and compliance activities including remediation work
• Migration support experience, ideally moving workloads off VMware or through major infrastructure transitions
• Documentation skill sets for platform architecture, operationalproceduresand technical configurations
• Clear communication and collaboration skill sets when working with stakeholders, vendors and project teams
